The two keys that prevent the user can show the hidden files are:


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced \ Folder \ Hidden \ NOHIDDEN]
"CheckedValue" = dword: 00000002

1.- Set the value to 2 for CheckedValue NOHIDDEN.


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced \ Folder \ Hidden \ SHOWALL]
"CheckedValue" = dword: 00000001

2.- Set the value to 1 to CheckedValue SHOWALL.

If this CheckedValue to 0 no view hidden files.

To show hidden files proceed as follows:

3.- My COMPUTER.

4.- TOOLS.

5.- FOLDER OPTIONS.

6.- Select VIEW.

7.- Go to ADVANCED SETTINGS.

8.- Go to HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

9.- Click on SHOW ALL HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

NOTE: In the same tab you can hide the protected files in the system. Recommended. Greeting.
