Open terminal as root:

1.- Download driver

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

2.- Open terminal as root

/etc/init.d/gdm stop for Gnome

or

/etc/init.d/kdm stop for KDE

3.- Login as root.

4.- cd ~

5.- chmod +x NVIDIA*.run

6.- export CC=gcc-4.1

7.- ./NVIDIA*.run

8.- YES to all the questions.

9.- Reboot your machine again: shutdown -r now
